Join Our Marketing Team!
We are looking for an experienced, technically skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to independently manage the advertising campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and YouTube.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking.
Launch and promote up to 10 videos daily across Instagram and YouTube.
Monitor engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
Optimize audience targeting, budgets, and campaigns to maximize ROI.
Identify effective video hooks, advertising messages, and sales scripts.
🔹 Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong technical knowledge of analytics and conversion tracking.
Experience in video advertising and lead generation.
Ability to independently manage and optimize campaigns.
Real estate or luxury brand experience is an advantage.
Russian Speaker is highly preferred.
