Join Our Hospitality Team at Western Beach Resort!
Western Beach Resort is looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and qualified professionals to join our growing team in the UAE for the following positions:
🔹 1. HR & Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll coordination and employee administration.
Handle employee relations, training coordination, and engagement activities.
Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements and daily HR operations.
Assist with visa documentation and other employee-related administrative matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE Labour Law.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR system experience is an advantage.
🔹 2. EHS Officer (Environment, Health & Safety)
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable UAE EHS regulations and company safety standards.
Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee awareness training.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare the necessary reports.
Maintain EHS documentation and coordinate with relevant departments to promote a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Relevant EHS experience, preferably in hospitality, resort operations, or a similar environment.
Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant safety certifications are an advantage.
Strong inspection, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
