Job description:
Acts as focal point for all wellsite communication
Organizes and leads pre-job safety and operations meetings that are related to well operations.
Leads daily planning meetings and discusses operations with Aramco Foreman, segment and third party supervisors.
Updates forecast and planned activity (7 day planner) to anticipate resource requirements to meet well demands and provide optimum efficiency of services.
Responsible for checking that equipment and services comply with the contract.
Manages the auxiliary and ancillary services and subcontractors to comply with Aramco sites requirement (e.g. Mechanical Lifting, Emergency Services like H2S, Catering and Housekeeping Staff, etc.)
Manages proper inventory of tangibles such as, but not limited to equipment, products, as well as rental equipment.
