   My specialties are to look after casing and tubing operation, support operation with better ideas for better usage of the equipment and tools. Also how to do the better way of the job therefore improving the output. Coordinate with clients & discuss about requirement for upcoming TRS operations.

   Complete & update all related paperwork in time, report the daily activity on the rig to supervisor & manager in the base. Train the trainees on well site & in base.

   I have good experience in oil and gas industry in TRS department. I have worked with different companies in different countries. I am full Responsible and dedicated team player who have performed my duties as a job supervisor on both land and offshore rigs for clients such as ARAMCO, Schlumberger, Halliburton, Wastani, Alhamra Oil, etc.

   Description.
   Operation Supervisor
   Remain in close contact with our customers to be inform about their operational requirements. Analyze these requirements in relation to equipment and personnel available and if necessary to make recommendations / suggestions to customers and management.
   Prepare forecast with respect to equipment and personnel utilization and make recommendations for possible critical periods.
   Receive and check Service Tickets, Job Reports, Customers Forms and other Job related documentation and distribute these documents as required. Follow up on comments noted on Service Tickets, Job Reports etc. with operators and brief Workshop Supervisor accordingly. Keep the General Manager and Sales Engineer informed.
   Visit customers at the well site and offices on a regular basis in order to cement existing relationship. In addition, the performance of Service Technicians and Equipment on location shall be monitor.

   Take care and monitor training/performance of newly hired Service Technicians.
