Position Title – Technician – Transmission/ O&M
-Qualification – Bachelor’s/ Diploma Degree in Engineering/ Telecommunications/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience – 2– 5 Years

Salary – 4k to 5.5k AED /Total Per Month
Duties :- 1. Supports in carrying out routine provision/maintenance & fault rectification tasks of the assigned Core and Access Network elements.
2. Carries out the day-to-day activities of circuit provision, cessations, re-routing.
3. Perform installation of fiber optic equipment and patch panels. 4. Aware of transmission technology & equipment’s including Cisco routers, switches, SDH,DWDM, firewall
5. Attends planned/hazardous & outages related to transmission equipment’s & Fiber networks
6. Attends and clears faults reported by NOC’s related to Data Center and transmission devices using analyzer, light source & Power meter.
7. OTDR testing for locating FO Cable faults and during cable outages. 8. To keep knowledge and skills updated in respect of the new equipment technology introduced
