The Role:
This is a Rotational Position.
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 Years’ experience in Oil & Gas Production Operations, holding a Bachelor of Science in any Engineering Field or Equivalent. Candidate must be computer literate.
Accountabilities
Leading a team of over 20 offshore personnel in the safe delivery of over 97k bopd production volumes and other short to mid- term business priorities
Delivering safe and efficient deck and lifting operations by effectively managing the competing priorities of other activities taking place on site
Acting as Offshore Emergency Response Team Leader in the event of an incident to ensure minimal harm to personnel, environment (including Oil Spill Response) and asset
Contributing to the development and review of all risk assessments and lifting plans to ensure that hazards have been identified, adequate mitigations are in place and risk has been reduced to ALARP
