Hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be required to oversee, lead and manage the overall Quantity Surveying and Contracts Management of the business (Pre and Post Contracts) including the collaborate and interface with the supporting departments to ensure the timely implementation of relevant activities, submissions and reviews.
Educational Qualifications & Behavioral Competencies
1. Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or related
2. Minimum 10+ years Quantity Surveying working experience in UAE
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with a Contractor (Infrastructure experience is desirable)
4. Computer literate (Cost X, MS Excel & Word etc.)
5. Knowledge and understanding of the following: Cost planning, Measurement / BOQ in POMI & CESMM
6. Collation of Contract Documentation
7. Understanding of FDIC Forms of Contracts
8. UAE Industry Experience
9. MRICS is desirable
10. Infrastructure Roads Highway/ Civil, Residential
11. Works well under pressure and in critical circumstances.
12. Good negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
