• Actual Mobilization date TBA upon Sarawak Work Permit & My-Entry Approval
• Tentative travel date : week of 16 May 2022 (changes TBA)
• Project Field: Bintulu, Sarawak
• Quarantine : 3 days
• Duration Project: 30 – 45days

• BOSIET with TSSB – (if you have 2 certificate eg: BOSIET with CA-EBS and TSBB, please attach both to us)

• Photo (white/blue background)
• Seaman’s Book & Seaman Card
• DP Awareness cert – Mandatory for Supt/Air, Sat Supv
• Complete vaccination & booster
• MySafety Passport Registration Forms
• Any relevant certificates – eg.H2S certificate, Basic Rigging & Sligging Certificate, Log Book, etc.
