Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing, promoting and monitoring the company QHSE culture;
• Manage the provision of coaching, training and auditing requirements for the promotion of the company QHSE strategy;
• Responsible for managing quality, environmental and health and safety systems in compliance with company and relevant international standards;
• Responsible of establishing and further completion control of established QHSE scopes described processes;
• Establish induction processes to ensure that, contractors, suppliers, consultants and visitors to the operated facilities comply with relevant legislation and safety policies;
•
• Ensure that all documentation associated with QHSE is prepared, completed and distributed properly for:
o Health, medical and illness work site issues
o Safety compliance and related issues
o Environmental and waste management issues
o Quality control and management issues
