Position: Onshore Gas Processing Plant Lead

Location: SE Asia

Salary: 450 USD/day NET

Type: Temporary

  • Develop, lead and manage Onshore Gas Processing Plant Facilities FEED objectives in support of the project including input to approved Field Development Plan (FDP) and technical input to Project Information Memorandum (PIM);
  • Ensure that design for construction, installation, commissioning and operations is integral to
  • Onshore Gas Processing Plant Facilities delivery in support of key objectives;
  • Ensuring relevant Onshore Gas Processing Plant FEED and EÏC Engineering Contractor personnel understand the contractual relationships and the techno-commercial model and their ability to impact it;
  • Lessons Learned – provide input to identification, documentation and appropriate integration of lessons learned from Onshore Gas Processing Plant industry;
  • Align Onshore Gas Processing Plant FEED and EPIC Engineering Contractor, and third party consultant scopes;
  • AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Support team to deliver technically with quality and integrity – by managing the Onshore Gas
  • Processing Plant FEED and EPIC Engineering Contractor and upwards in the organisation;
  • Drive Onshore Gas Processing Plant Facilities contracting/sub-contracting and vendor engagement / selection processes;
  • Support alignment with New Age project management process requirements;
  • ‘Risk champion’ for Onshore Gas Processing Plant Facilities elements;
  • Support implementation of HS&E, Change and Decision Management;
  • Resolve technical interfaces between Onshore Gas Processing Plant Facilities, Drilling, Subsurface and Operations;

 EDUCATION:

  • Higher Qualification University Degree in a Facilities Engineering Discipline (Chemical/Process, Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation, or Civil/Structural)
  • Command of English (oral and written)

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • In excess of fifteen (15) years onshore oil & gas development projects including gas processing plants;
  • Working with Process, Mechanical, and Controls (Electrical/Instrumentation) teams to ensure
  • GPP operations;
  • Working with modular onshore process facilities sourcing, transportation/installation, and pre- commissioning/commissioning;
  • All stages of project lifecycle to be able to bring perspective and input and support balanced decision making;
  • Working ion multi-disciplinary teams in disparate geographical locations;
  • Relationship building, especially in multi-cultural environment;
