Offshore Drilling Rig Worker:
Roustabout: Entry-level position responsible for general labor tasks on drilling rigs, such as loading and unloading equipment, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Derrickman: Works on the drilling floor, handling drill pipe and making connections during the drilling process.
Driller: Operates the drilling machinery and supervises the drilling crew.
ToolPusher: Manages the drilling crew, equipment, and operations on the rig.
Offshore Production Platform Worker:
Production Operator: Monitors and controls equipment on the platform to ensure the safe and efficient production of oil and gas.
Instrument Technician: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of instrumentation and control systems on the platform.
Mechanical Technician: Performs maintenance and repair work on mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, and engines.
Electrical Technician: Maintains and repairs electrical systems and equipment on the platform.
Offshore Marine Worker:
Deckhand: Assists with various tasks on ships and vessels, including mooring, navigation, and maintenance.
Marine Engineer: Manages the mechanical and electrical systems of ships, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
Captain: Responsible for the overall operation and navigation of the vessel.
