-Able Seaman
-Crawler Crane Operator
-Mechanic
-Mechanic Foreman
-Navigational Watch Rating
-Pedestal Crane Operator
-Steel Structural Foreman
-Structural Welder
-Welding Foreman
-Main Crane Operator above 2000 tonnes
All require previous experience on similar vessels and offshore certification and experience in rank.
