1. Shutdown Coordinator
• Supports Lead Coordinator
• Managing Required Resources and Associated Logistics
• Site Supervision at Offshore Location during Planned Platform Shutdown
2. Planner
• Supports development of Schedule
• Progress Reporting during Planned Platform Shutdown at the Offshore location.
3. Lead Process/ Operation Engineer
• Review isolation packs and updates and / or amends according to the scope requirements
• Develops Leak test and drain / flush/ Vent plans
• Prepare Isolation Control Certificate for Integrated Safe System of Work.
• Visits Platform Shutdown to confirm isolation, leak test etc points.
4. Process /Operations Engineer
• Develops isolation, leak test and drain/ flush/ vent plans
• Prepare Isolation Control Certificate for Integrated Safe System of Work
• Visits the Offshore location to confirm isolation, leak test etc points

• Review MAXIMO WO’s, ensure scope, material and resources are fully detailed.
• Visits work site locations and
• Prepare Work Control Certificate for the Integrated Safe System of Work
7. Electrical Engineer
• Review MAXIMO WO’s, ensure scope, material and resources are fully detailed.
• Visits work site locations and
• Prepare Work Control Certificate for the Integrated Safe System of Work
8. Materials & Logistics Coordinator
• Supports discipline engineers to source material (either from stock or new orders)
• Logistics Coordination with Supply Chain Management for Mob/Demob and Accommodation.
