Company Site Representative (CSR) – Pipeline & Mooring
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Technology Discipline.
Valid Offshore Safety Passport/Offshore Safety Integrated System.
PTW Rev 5 level 3 Training.
Possess the following training certifications:
Essential Training of Compact HSE Awareness for Upstream CSR
Management of Change (MOC)
Marine for Non-Mariners.
Responsibilities:
Act as the client Representative on board the respective Yard, Vessel and Offshore Facilities Platform.
Maintain an accurate record of all installation activities daily throughout the execution phase.
Ensure that all relevant approved procedures and risk assessment are followed up by the contractor.
Ensure the contractor proactively manages safety and quality.
Act, behave and lead by example according to the client’s values.
Based – Onshore (Kuala Lumpur) and Offshore (Sarawak):
Onshore 2 weeks @ KL (offshore campaign preparation/readiness)
Offshore 2 weeks
Onshore 1 week @ KL (final docs & handover)
Must possess a Valid Sarawak Work Permit / Sarawakian

Piping Material Engineer
Requirements:
Responsibility to include preparation of Piping Materials Specification (PMS), Wall Thickness Calculation, Piping Fabrication Specification, Piping Valve Specification and Piping SP Items Specification, Material Take-Off for Valve, Special Components & Bulk Materials.
Able to Prepare Specifications such as Specifications for High Strength CS Steel, Specifications for Compact Manifold, Pig Trap & Receiver, prepare Material Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) documentations.
Prepare the Datasheet for all piping components, vendor data review, check & review PDMS catalogue, prepare PDMS clash report, Isometric Checking, etc.
Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
5 – 10 years of experience in the related field of work

Cost Control Engineer
Job Description:
Support to Cost Control Lead for:
Maintaining cost control status (Budget / Commitment / Forecast) with support from cost control lead
Manhour reporting and forecasting
Preparation of monthly invoices to Client and follow up works (including reimbursable items).
Cash-flow monitoring.
Hedging Activities (Monitoring hedging operation in relation to the cash-flow result and
Monitoring of foreign exchange realised and future gain / loss).
Assisting for the preparation of the Project Management Report with support of cost control lead.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Accounting.
2 to 5 years of experience on related field either at site or home office.
Fluent in both English and BM, able to communicate effectively.
Excellent MS Excel skills is a must (Power Query / Pivot Table is preferable as well).
Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Knowledge of cost control tools and software.
Excellent teamworking skills.
Enthusiastic and proactive.
Result-oriented and flexibility in work, while respecting deliverables and deadlines.
Able to work in high pressure situations and time constraints
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
