The Liquid Mud Plant Supervisor shall have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience working with drilling and completion fluids, two (2) of which shall have been in the management of a Liquid Mud Plant Facility, and have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the field as a mud engineer and shall have worked with water-based, oil-based materials and completion fluids for a minimum of five (5) years.
