We have an urgent requirements for Qatar.
1) MOTOR & PUMP TECHNICIAN: (4-6+ Years of Experience)
Perform rewinding, repair of electric motor/generator in accordance with repair process and given instructions to required quality and safety. Read and make winding diagrams, collect winding data and record on winding data sheet. Inspect, identify and repair damaged core, Detect and troubleshoot winding faults. Read / use winding test / measuring equipment i.e. insulation, resistance, multi-meter, conductor (low resistance Meter), growler, micro meter and vernier caliper. Rewind three-phase and single phase motor with round and flat wire. Fit and replace winding temperature sensors and heater. Braze, solder and crimp winding connection. Experience as a mechanic in electric motors / water pumps, etc.
2)MOTOR & PUMP FOREMAN: (6-7+ Years of Experience)
Perform rewinding, repair of HV & LV electric motor/generator in accordance with repair process and given instructions to required quality and safety. Read and make winding diagrams, collect winding data and record on winding data sheet. Inspect, identify and repair damaged core, Detect and troubleshoot winding faults. Read / use winding test / measuring equipment i.e. insulation, resistance, multi-meter, conductor (low resistance Meter), growler, micro meter and vernier caliper. Rewind three-phase and single phase motor with round and flat wire. Fit and replace winding temperature sensors and heater. Braze, solder and crimp winding connection. Experience as a mechanic in electric motors / water pumps, etc.
3) MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN : (4-6+ Years of Experience)
Inspect, diagnose and perform major and minor repair work on Pumps, hydraulic equipment’s, and related equipment. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on Pumps, Engines, etc. Pump disassembly, overhauling, final assembly. Examines pumps for malfunctioning and to locate damage or wear, such as blowout packing, misalignment of pump shaft, worn bearings, or need for lubrication. Dismantles pumps and performs repairs, such as cleaning impellers, repacking stuffing boxes, tightening glands, and replacing bearings, using hand tools.
