Type of Job: 6 Months Renewable Contract with Rotation

1- Instrument Technician’s (Rotation: 28/28 or 14/14 Days)
· Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience within the oil & gas industry (Onshore / Offshore).
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in instrumentation related work
· Inspects, tests, adjusts, and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate, record, and control generating operations in oil& gas facility.
· Tests accuracy of flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, level transmitters.
· Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts.
· Dissemble and reassemble instruments in accordance with standard procedure.
· Lubricate instruments and replace defective wiring and tubing.
· Calibrate all kind of instruments according to standard procedure and ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function.
· Record calibrations implemented, parts and components used, and inventory of parts on hand.
· Prepares schematic drawings, sketches, and reports to reflect changes or alterations made in instruments, circuits, and system.
· Responsibilities will potentially include providing support on various shifts and off-hour coverage support for trouble call-out
Education: Bachelor degree in Instrumentation Engineering
Instrumentation installation, troubleshooting and debug related training
2- Mechanical Technician’s (Rotation: 28/28 or 14/14 Days)
· 8 years working experience of repair & maintenance of Rotating mechanical equipment – various pumps, compressors, DG sets, Mechanical seals, Alignment of Oil & gas process facilities such as CPF and Field production.
· Knowledge of hydrocarbon production systems and associated hazards.
· Good knowledge of heavy duty rotating equipment
· Knowledge of rotating equipment condition monitoring techniques
· Understanding of fire and gas detection and ESD systems
· Fully familiar with the permit to work system and isolation procedures
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3-Electrical Technician’s (Rotation: 28/28 or 7/7 Days)
· 8+ years of relevant experience maintaining electrical equipment within a large industrial plant, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
· Candidate should have experience in electrical maintenance, scheduled preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, breakdown maintenance of Electrical System in Oil & Gas Facility having 33 KV, 11 KV, 6.6 KV Power Generation & Distribution Systems to ensure zero breakdown of electrical equipment
· Knowledgeable & competent electrician who will follow Permit to Work in accordance with Company’s Electrical Safety Rules and the general safety rules to ensure safe operation and maintenance of electrical apparatus on power network.
· To carry out repairs on various types of electrical equipment, which includes repairing or replacing defective parts, obtaining necessary suppliers, parts and tools as necessary and testing to ensure equipment functionality.
· To carryout planned and breakdown electrical maintenance work by electrical technicians ensuring that work is done according to Company’s specifications and standards/regulations.
· To identify and initiate necessary materials requisitions for replenishment of the stock to ensure adequate supplies of stores and spare parts required for maintenance and repair work in liaise with the Supervisor.
· To carry out preventive or routine maintenance on electrical equipment as instructed by the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor.
· To maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance work completed including work orders and maintenance log, describe the fault.
