1.     CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER (Code: CFO-1):      JOB SUMMARY:

The CFO will have primary day-to-day

responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure credibility of finance team and function by providing timely and accurate comparative financial performance reports, analysis of budgets and financial forecasts and profitability analysis, cash flow planning, development, and management both immediate and longer-term financing strategy. This includes the internal financial reporting systems, overall process and flow of responsibilities to ensure safeguarding of confidential information, timely and accurate reporting and support of ongoing company operations and growth.
  • Lead financial analysis and related efforts in support of corporate development and investment opportunities by providing financial evaluations of potential investment transactions, due diligence, underlying structure considerations, negotiation strategies and coordinated communications with external legal related advisers and related support.
  • Play primary leadership role in the coordination and advisement in the development of the company’s yearly strategic plan to include assembling senior management team input, establishment of key underlying priorities and underlying assumptions, as well as preparation of all financial and investment related schedules.
  • Play key role in the development and presentation of Company’s annual Base business planning process and ongoing trend analysis of business performance. Key examples include support and coordination with sales team in preparation and analysis of assumptions and projections in development of the annual sales budget, as well as, assistance with department heads in preparation of annual expense budgets along with key underlying assumptions
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key accounting, tax,

auditor, insurance, banks, investment community and other service providers. Play key coordination and accountability link role with Board of Directors.

  • Assist Human Resource (HR) leadership team with both short and long human resource term plan development and execution, financial and budget planning analysis, which will support the ongoing Greenville LNG Company strategic plan, goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate both internal and external advisory services efforts to optimize the ongoing tax obligations of the company under its current structure and organization as well as for future ventures and entities that might become part of the Greenville LNG organization.
  • Play leadership and support role in the planning and administration relating to Greenville LNG Company’s intellectual property assets to include patents, trademarks, etc. to optimize competitive advantage and protection, as well as enhancement to corporate market value.
  • Oversee development of company accounting policies and procedures as defined and agreed by executive management needs to support, protect and optimize on-going growth of Greenville LNG Company.

EDUCATION AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any finance discipline or MBA
  • Minimum of 15 years’ continuous experience in a financial and accounting management position in Oil and Gas industry
  • Strong financial, accounting and auditing background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.

2.     CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER (Code: CSO-2):   JOB SUMMARY:

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will serve as a

critical member of the executive management team. In collaboration with the CEO, the CSO will articulate and implement a strategic vision for Greenville that focuses on effective growth; The CSO is responsible for formalizing the company’s strategic-planning processes, and leading the development of the strategy, translating it for people across functions and business units, and drive organizational change forging new working relationships and synergies across the organization, and establishing greater transparency and accountability for those people carrying out the company’s strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company growth strategy.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is in charge of design, installation, commissioning, operation and Maintenance of static, rotary and electrical systems and equipment within the LNG plant for optimum plant reliability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate, plan, review and analyse preventive maintenance strategy for the rotary and static equipment in order to achieve highest efficiency of the activities for reliable and safe operation.
  • Prepare O&M procedures and monitor operational and maintenance procedures and practices are adhered to provide assurance.
  • Develop maintenance strategies, spares, operating philosophy based on Risk and Reliability Management (RRM) principles like Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) to improve system reliability and availability whilst optimising OPEX and increasing asset life through continuous improvement drive.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment like Power distribution panels, Transformer, motor, soft starter, VFD, relays, lighting, lightning arrestor and earthing.
  • Forecast and prepare budget for electrical related activities i.e. maintenance, shutdown and project for consolidation into department yearly Work Program and Budget (WPB). Monitor budget utilization closely and provide justification for variance.
  • Populate inputs into Computerized Materials and Maintenance Management System (CMMMS) to ensure data and history of equipment maintenance activities are captured accurately. Provide inputs to maintenance planner with regards to electrical maintenance activities for his consolidation into SAP PM Plan.
  • Monitor and provide input to Reliability KPIs like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Investigation and Bad actor action status and key leading and lagging indicator for Management Report and Reliability prediction.
  • Promote Predictive maintenance and condition-based maintenance (CBM) approaches through regular reviews.
  • Performing routine test of continuity, insulation, resistance and high potential on both LV and HV cables, motors, transformers, generators, bus bars etc. based on best industry standard.
  • Provide specialist expertise for trouble shooting, alignment of equipment, diagnostics analysis and remedial actions for failures and breakdowns of rotating and electrical equipment and preferred rotating equipment                        operating          philosophy, modes/regimes.
  • Focal point for the Technical proactive monitoring of rotating equipment to predict early performance/condition drift and advise

corrective actions requiring major overhaul/repair for compressors, pumps and gas engines.

  • Act as Technical authority for Rotating equipment discipline for Plant change proposals by reviewing them, reject the ones that do not meet the criteria and process the other for approval through the system and keep track of the approval process.
  • Plan, budget and forecast of all mechanical related activities i.e., maintenance, shutdown, and project for consolidation into department yearly Work Program and Budget (WPB). Monitor budget utilization closely and provide justification for variance.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary commissioning of static and rotary equipment including gas engines and other electrical equipment.
  • Provide                 specialist                technical support/operational expert input into new projects for design, selection, installation, commissioning FAT, SAT and evaluations of operability and maintainability of rotating equipment.
  • Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis) /Causal Learning discussion on failure investigations.
  • Maintain equipment history for future retrieval and improvements.
  • Compliance Audit and Assurance function by providing support to management in facilitating maintenance and integrity compliance audits. Lead/facilitate PM assurance review and Asset Register verification exercise, and Process effectiveness review.
  • Ensure correct inputs into Computerized Materials and Maintenance Management System (CMMMS) to ensure data and history of equipment maintenance activities are captured accurately. Provide inputs to maintenance planner with regards to mechanical maintenance activities for his consolidation into SAP PM Plan.
  • Carry out analysis of operating modes and the updating of operating norms and procedures.
  • Allocate KPIs and SMART performance targets to Mechanical department staff.
  • Implement systematic and robust knowledge transfer by conducting on-the-job training for mechanical staff. Supervise and groom Junior Mechanical Engineers to develop their technical knowledge, skills and competencies in order to produce potential talent for future business needs.

EDUCATION AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical

or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ working experience in Mechanical/Electrical or Instrument maintenance in LNG plant.
  • Proficient to the codes and standards in the oil and gas industry i.e. API, BS, ISO, ASME, etc.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and SAP.

4.      POWER PLANT COMMISSIONING & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (Code: PCM-4):

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for installation, commissioning, operation and Maintenance of electrical power plant equipment/systems within the plant for optimum plant reliability. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintenance and operation of all plant’s

electrical/mechanical power plant systems.

  • Maintain record of Jenbacher and Wartsila gas engines, power plant assets & setup, mainly on Electrical & Mechanical, for the designated areas such as gas engines & generator technologies, existing DCS, governing, excitation and other mechanical & electrical BOP systems including customer purchasing plans and maintenance budget
  • Preparation of electrical/mechanical operation and maintenance procedures for the power plant.

EDUCATION AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in gas engines electro-mechanical field services i.e. maintenance, installation and commissioning or manufacturing especially for Jenbacher and Wartsila.
  • Possess minimum of Jenbacher/Wartsila Commissioning Training Level 2 (CT2) and Advanced Field Technician (FTA) certifications
  • Proficient knowledge of VBA, SQL, OPC, ODBC, MODBUS, networking, ALSPA and MarkVIe controls software
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to do Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to understand and resolve problems.

5.          LNG RELIABILITY ENGINEER (Code: LRE-5): JOB SUMMARY:

Reliability Engineer identifies and manages

asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant operations by ensuring loss elimination, risk management and life cycle asset management (LCAM).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strategies for reliability improvement initiatives for the LNG plant
  • Facilitate, support and participate actively in the target setting review for Plant Management KPIs for Maintenance and Operations in the context of reliability and integrity.
  • Review and analyse data on installation and operational practices and procedures affecting equipment reliability.
  • Develop and maintain a structured database monitoring system for plant / line management to track incidences.
  • Development and implementation of RCM methodology.
  • Actively participate in reliability / integrity audit / inspection exercises
  • Enhance Reliability culture involvement in co- ordinating programs for staff ownership and competency development to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment and facilities in conforming to the World Class Reliability requirements.
  • Works with engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. The reliability engineer is responsible for adhering to the life cycle asset management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets.
  • Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans. Participates in the

development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers. Develops acceptance tests and inspection criteria.

  • Develop maintenance strategies, spares, operating philosophy based on Risk and Reliability Management (RRM) principles like Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) to improve system reliability and availability whilst optimising OPEX and increasing asset life through continuous improvement drive.

JOB SUMMARY:

Operate the LNG control room panels-SCADA within the operating limits as per procedures or approved documents in the best possible technical, economic, safety and environmental conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate the plant according to the Chief Operations         Supervisor            instructions, coordinating activities with the Chief Operations Supervisor and the field operators and maintain the operating parameters within the limits established in the approved operating procedure.
  • Manage and Control the start-up, shutdown and operations the plant, in the best possible technical, economic, safety and environmental conditions and Control the start-up, shutdown and operations of the plant, in the best possible technical, economic, safety and environmental conditions.
  • Monitors the performance of the operating systems from SCADA control panel, takes corrective actions and reports abnormalities to Chief Operation Supervisor.
  • Take and interpret indicator reading and gather the information required to develop reports.
  • Propose corrective actions to preventing incidents and problems, optimizing the processes from a technical, economic, safety and environmental perspective.
  • Perform the maneuvers required to protect the plant, people and the environment in an emergency using approved operating procedures.
  • Ensure equipment are isolated during emergencies and should have knowledge and capacity for firefighting and rescue operation.
  • Co-ordinate with the field operators and maintenance crews to prepare equipment for maintenance.
  • Collaborate in the study and analysis of incidents and in developing reports.
  • Collect and log operating data as required.
  • Ensure Field Operators perform daily routine activities as per schedule and follow up the activities, recording it in the logbook and reporting to Chief Operations Supervisor.
  • Participate in safety training, on the job training, firefighting exercises and use of fire

/safety equipment.

  • Maintain accurate records/ logs of trip switches and process alarms when by-passed for maintenance or other activities.
  • Ensure proper hand-over of shift activities to the incoming shift control room operator. Stay in the own job area until shift relief is available during shift change.

JOB SUMMARY:

LNG Fleet and Road Transport Manager will be in charge and manage, expand and develop the road transport organisation. He will be responsible for optimal delivery management and ensuring all KPI’s and customer satisfaction goals are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • LNG Fleet and Road Transport Manager is responsible for LNG Fleet & Truck Operations Management.
  • Responsible for Maintenance & Spare Parts Management.
  • Responsible for route/Roads Survey and Routing Management, Drivers Management, Inventory and LNG Filling Stations Management.
  • He will ensure compliance with local and state regulatory agencies and maintain good

working relationships with staff, clients, vendors and peers. Based on analysis of LNG fleet operations and profitability the manager will be making reports and recommendations for continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

  • He will establish and develop efficient relations with stakeholders at all levels in the organization: e.g. LNG Production Plant, Operations Customer Sites and Procurement.

EDUCATION AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • A degree in engineering or related field is required
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ working experience in managing international transportation of gas by road, rail or sea.
  • Relevant and successful experience as expert Logistics, Supply Chain or Road Transport Manager, preferably in Africa.
  • Experience in Logistics and Fleet Management for a large fleet of trucks in an industrial and technical environment, ideally in the Oil & Gas, Process or related industries.
  • Experience with tanker trucks for liquefied gases or other liquids is considered an asset, including expertise in loading and unloading and refilling operations, especially for hazardous products.
  • The LNG Fleet and Road Transport Manager must have a solid background in Drivers and Truck Operations Management with experience in HSE management systems and policies.
  • He is an excellent, determined and result oriented people manager with strong decision-making skills, multi-cultural awareness, and the ability to steer and control a large and diverse workforce.

8.    LNG OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANAGER (Code: OMM-8):

JOB SUMMARY:

The Operation and Maintenance Manager shall have overall responsibility/ownership for safe operation, production and maintenance activities/tasks in the LNG plant operational area. The O&M Manager will be responsible for all operations, maintenance, repair, company personnel and safety for the LNG plant. This includes the safe operation of the plant, feed gas, liquefaction, tanker loading, storage, and all the equipment which constitutes the Greenville LNG plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for a functional O&M department capable of supporting LNG production on a 24 hour continuous basis.
  • Develop and implement maintenance management system in conjunction with maintenance manager.
  • Develop and take ownership of O&M manuals and procedures and ensure available resources to support safe O&M activities.
  • Operations and Logistics lead on the facility delegating duties to the control room supervisor/production scheduler on the inventory management and scheduling of the supply, storage and use. Coordinating with the maintenance and technical manager for the O&M of the facility.
  • Contribute to the company’s HSE performance by ensuring applicable HSE standards are known and followed at all times, including the prompt reporting of any safety or environmental hazards or incidents. Set relevant HSE goals for each team member to ensure their awareness and performance are maintained at a high level.
  • Manage the coordination with senior leadership and analysts to define the annual delivery plan and customer requirements.
  • The main point of contact during emergency responses, responsible for the LNG Terminal with the primary objective of the preservation of life, secondary objective is the protection of property and third objective is to protect the environment.
  • Set KPI for all O&M positions and activities.
  • Owner             of             PTW             including functionality/improvements, isolation’s
  • Operating budget development to include all maintenance activities, spare parts, capital expenditures, HSEQ and personnel.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders where required on design, engineering, construction and permitting compliance for operational excellence.
  • Negotiate with third party suppliers and vendors as necessary to ensure the best overall quality and service levels.
  • Coordinate internally on meeting regulatory requirements, any statutory requirements and other goals and objectives set by senior leadership that will be needed to operate the facility in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the highest safety standards are implemented and maintained for all personnel, machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain regular communication with senior leadership as to the status of operations and work/repairs/upgrades that are underway.
  • Implement a monthly, weekly safety meeting as well as daily toolbox and coordination meetings to discuss upcoming tasks to ensure all persons involved are aware of their roles and responsibilities and provide an opportunity for individuals to participate and give feedback in an effort to improve safety and team spirit.
  • Clearly define and communicate roles/responsibilities to all O&M personnel.
  • Carry out oversight of all technical aspects of maintaining operational integrity and reliability of the facility in order to ensure that commercial requirements remain fulfilled.
  • Hire and ensure all necessary training of all personnel in maintaining and optimizing the facility.

EDUCATION AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • The ideal candidate must be a Chemical Engineer with demonstrated experience in Management of operations and maintenance in LNG plant.
  • More than 12 years’ experience in Oil and Gas out of which 5 years must be hand-on LNG O&M management experience.
  • Must be experienced in leading O&M improvements processes and management.
  • Must have proven track record of Skills in setting O&M priorities to support production.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HSSE concepts and management techniques, hazard identification and risk management.
  • In development and implementation of Emergency Response functionality, PTW system and ensuring capability.

9.    LNG PRODUCTION MANAGER (Code: LPM- 9)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Manager shall have overall responsibility/ownership for safe operation, production and maintenance activities/tasks in the LNG plant operational area. The PRODUCTION Manager will be responsible for all operations, maintenance, repair, company personnel and safety for the LNG plant. This includes the safe operation of the plant, feed gas, liquefaction, tanker loading, storage, and all the equipment which constitutes the Greenville LNG plant.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Optimize the profitability (risks, cost, and revenues) of the plant in accordance with the company strategy.
  • Be responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of the entity.
  • Oversee      the      local     relationship     with stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for health, safety and environment results of the LNG plant.
  • Manage the optimization of revenues of the assets.
  • Manage the technical performance of the LNG plant
  • Manage    all    customer    and    partnership contracts.
  • Capture opportunities in the industrial service market and help to develop new projects in

collaboration with the Business Development team.

  • Manage the audits processes of the plants.
  • Operating budget development to include all maintenance activities, spare parts, capital expenditures, HSEQ and personnel.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position shall support the LNG Regasification business, which includes new business development activities in customer sites across Nigeria and front-end engineering to meet growth aspiration of Greenville LNG value chain in order to enhance LNG utilisation. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process design for LNG regasification stations, both large scale and small scale, from opportunity identification, feasibility assessment to Basis of Design phase for opportunities deployed across Nigeria.
  • Support the regasification plants projects in Define and Execute phases, including Commissioning and Start up.
  • Work in coordination with the Greenville LNG Storage and Regasification Logistics/ Technical/Sales departments.
  • Prepare operating procedures for offloading LNG from tanker trucks to storage tanks and vice versa
  • Assist and lead in design of regasification stations. Interact closely with Business

Development Leaders to frame potential opportunities and provide assurance in alignment between business opportunities and technical/project delivery.

  • Support engineers in the delivery of projects against very challenging timelines in the early design phases.
  • Ensuring that operational lessons learned, as well as technology development are considered and implemented into design of new regasification facilities.
  • Perform all works in accordance with sound safety practices and using appropriate safety devices and equipment; Applies Health, Safety and Environmental Standards in all working procedures.
  • Build and maintain network between Rumuji LNG             plant      and        Regasification stations/projects for timely support.
  • Manage front end project coordination of regasification projects across many disciplines.
  • Champion close interactions with Sales and business development for the interest of Greenville LNG.

11.  LNG PROCESS ENGINEER (Code: LPE-11) JOB SUMMARY:

This position shall be responsible for providing process engineering support to production and maintenance, LNG storage and regasification systems and technologies, elaborate, define, size and validate the various items, units and technical deliverables in the plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Production and maintenance heads by providing process suggestions and solutions to plant situations.
  • Prepare operating procedures in coordination with production and HSE teams.
  • Make process calculation like heat and material balance, hydraulics and pressure balance, control valve and pressure relief valve sizing, flare load calculation, depressurization study, boil-off gas calculation for cryogenic liquid storage tanks.
  • Carry out process technology study, optimization and design philosophy like Overpressure Protection philosophy, Isolation and Emergency Shutdown philosophy preparation
  • Formulate common documentation system for production and maintenance of LNG plant.
  • Prepare templates for reports and log generation.
  • Carry out process calculations to improve plant performance
  • Support production and maintenance during start-up operations.
  • Work with production/maintenance teams and document control for Integration of documents.
  • Develop process equipment specifications and datasheet.
  • Execute process simulation with ASPEN- HYSYS.

12. CHEMICAL LABORATORY SUPERVISOR (Code: CLS-12)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Chemical Laboratory Supervisor Supports operations to achieve the production targets, providing non delayed laboratory services for Greenville liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Chemical Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for carrying out timely and reliable routine and non-routine chemical analytical tasks in line with schedule and as may be assigned using a combination of different laboratory techniques.
  • Coordinate and carry out test method validation including quality assurance work for the analytical applications under custody according in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025. Lead continuous improvements of laboratory services to customers including development of standard operating procedures for own custody laboratory equipment and analytical test methods according to site wide management systems requirements.
  • Collect samples as required including but not limited to: Vaporized LNG, High Pressure feed gasses, mixed phase liquids, Refrigerants, Amine, and Demineralized Water. Login and receive samples to test and analyze the above- mentioned components, record lab results and generate summary reports as well as discuss out of specification results with operations and engineering for approvals.
  • Operate laboratory equipment to perform required analysis, execute daily laboratory tasks and requests in a timely manner with high degree of accuracy and efficiency as well as carry out calibration of Gas Chromatography.
  • Maintain lab equipment readiness by performing daily Quality Control Standards (QCs) and keeping detailed records of all QC data in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

EDUCATION AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • The ideal candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years Oil and Gas experience is required, with preference in LNG applications, however, petrochemical, LPG, cryogenic natural gas processing, or other hydrocarbon processing experience may be acceptable.
  • Knowledge of sampling and laboratory equipment is required. Analytical skills in quality testing using gas chromatography, ion chromatography, wet chemistry and colorimetric methods.
