Major Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and gathering to include, but not limited to: SharePoint, Excel, Wellview, TOW, Geoforce, XSPOC, Enablon, Databasin, Oracle, PLEX, PASS, Power BI, Zoho, Open Invoice and others. .
  • Track and monitor production, workover, compression, maintenance, drilling, completion and flowback data, submit partner reports as required, code/stamp invoices/field tickets.
  • Create and update various KPU’s for departmental needs.
  • Coordinate/order new lease/well signs as needed.
  • Create basic presentations for meetings when required.
  • Scribe and organize meetings for workgroups, subcommittees, and focus groups.
  • Assist with training/technical assistance as needed.
  • Assist Supervisors/Management with various projects as needed.
  • Provide backup for other Ops Techs when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification; Associate degree preferred. College degree maybe considered in lieu of experience.
  • Basic computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Prior oil and gas database experience with a working knowledge of Peloton Products (Wellview) Oracle, Databasin, TOW, Open Invoice, Spotfire preferred
