MESAIEED TERMINAL
Primary purpose of job
Maintain, install, monitor and carry out troubleshooting on all assigned electrical equipment and ascertain availability and
sufficiency of all equipment mcludmq tools and spare parts to guarantee reliability, operability and equipment functioning
within safety and maintenance standards.
Experience & Skills
A minimum of Eight (8} years of relevant experience in oil and gas/petrochemical industry. Proficient in testing
electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as
ohmmeters,
voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, primary and secondary in understanding electrical single, schematic and logic diagrams.
Full working and maintenance knowledge of electrical equipment in hazardous area zone 0, 1 & 2. Good knowledge in
power electronics and PLC especially that are related to variable speed drives, un-interrupted power supply units,
chargers and power distribution networks. Should have good knowledge of safety practices relating to the
Oil &Gas/Petrochemical industry. Preferred to have good knowledge/experience in SAP system Good knowledge of
English, in both written and spoken. Good Knowledge in computer skills. Skilled in report preparation.
Education
Completion of Secondary School education or equivalent followed by relevant trade certificate/diploma.
