Position: Technical Trainer- Maintenance
• The Technical Trainer Maintenance manages the training programs for the Maintenance Technicians and Trainees.
• The role ensures that all Technicians are adequately qualified to execute their roles and that refresher training and re-certifications are completed to the required schedules.
• The role also manages the Trainee Technicians ensuring that the training programs are being followed and all assignments and activities are being completed to the target schedule.
• Proven experience with managing technicians and trainees.
• English Language – strong communication, verbal and written skills

Requirements:
Diploma in an Engineering trade – mechanical, electrical etc.
Minimum 15 years of experience, including minimum 5 years in training roles
