Field Safety Compliance Coordinator

Position Description
We are seeking a Field Safety Compliance Coordinator (FSCC) to join the Drilling Operational Excellence & Compliance Division of Drilling & Workover (D&WO).
The Drilling Operational Excellence & Compliance Division is responsible for establishing guidance to provide a lasting world class Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) culture, and Operational Excellence (OE), throughout the Drilling and Workover Organization, to provide a safe working environment.
The FSCC basic roles include: Implement the HSE functions, and assist the organization in achieving its HSE Line Management responsibilities. Provide full safety organization in different operational areas through implementation of all safety standards, policies and procedures. Participate and perform inspections, audits, inspections, risk assessment/analysis, incident investigation, and root cause analysis. 
Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety, Fire and Environmental, or equivalent from a recognized provider. An advanced degree is preferred. 
You will have 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 5 years in a safety role in D&WO concurrent experience in a safety/drilling role would be preferred.
Preferably, you will have the following: 
Internationally recognized Safety Professional certification, such as; NVQ Level 3 in Health & Safety or equivalent. 
NEBOSH National/International General Certificate in OHS or NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety. 
International Occupational Health (IOH) certification, ISO API-14001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent. 
Incident Investigation/Root Cause Analysis certification or equivalent. 
Fall Protection Instructor certification, or as a minimum have received formal fall protection training. 
Confined Space Entry Instructor certification, or as a minimum you will have received formal confined space entry training. 
IADC Wellsharp or IWCF certification. 
Undergone formal permit to work training, and lockout/tag out training. 
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following: 
Comply with D&WO requirements and support the organization to meet or exceed compliance targets. 
Lead by example and set the standard by managing Saudi Aramcos safety standards, procedures and guidelines.
Measure compliance to the D&WO SMS with contractor compliance audits and continuous periodic rig and worksite inspections. Complete written reports accurately reflecting the results of audits and inspections. 
Promote safety awareness among employees by demonstrating behavioral observation skills. Conduct regular surveys to assess the level of safety awareness.
Demonstrate Leadership by attending training as required by the organizational training matrix, and when required participate in periodic general safety meetings, as well as work site safety meetings, pre-tour meetings or pre-task meetings.
Review and revise Saudi Aramco D&WO standards, policies, and procedures, and develop new hazard control standards in the areas of responsibility. 
Identify and evaluate process operations and other risk/hazard situations requiring higher level proponent action, and recommend cost-effective solutions to assure a consistent and acceptable standard of safety in line with the D&WO SMS. 
Lead selected Root Cause Analysis investigations as the subject matter expert. Produce detailed reports using the TapRoot methodology that includes SMARTER recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
Advise on the correct selection and use of personal protective equipment, safety systems, and rescue planning, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Verify facility emergency response plans are maintained, and required emergency drills are conducted.
