U.S.G.P. Energy (USGPE) has an immediate opening for HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR to perform operations in all regions of the continental United States.
As our equipment operator your daily tasks will include:
Routine maintenance checks and upkeep of equipment
Operating equipment ranging from backhoe, trackhoe, excavator and etc.
Mixing solids waste with solidification material on site
Maintaining safe and clean general work area
Loading dump trucks or clam shells for haul off
Attend ALL safety meetings
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Operate several pieces of light equipment throughout the work day
Fork Lift
Excavator
Front End Loader
Telehandler
Work in a fast paced, team environment
Work outdoors in all types of weather
Follow safe operating practices
Learn and use interpersonal skills relating to good customer service
Write and comprehend reports well enough to complete daily assignments
Candidates that meet our minimum job requirements
Possess a satisfactory driving record
Have one year of previous experience operating light equipment
Previous oilfield and drill site experience a plus BUT not required!
Must have a training certification for an excavator that is valid within the last year
