This is an exciting time to join NRW as we have a strong order book and are now seeking applications from experienced Maintenance Supervisors. The opportunities will be for long-term work prospects and on a fulltime basis for various high profile Civil & Mining Projects in Western Australia.

NRW currently has a multitude of Projects across the Pilbara and Gascoyne regions, with the award of more ground-breaking Projects looming!!

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for –

Managing, leading and mentoring a team of maintenance personnel
Ensuring the work plans for the job are followed
Maintaining high level of safety standards
Running daily prestart meetings to discuss issues including work procedures, JHA requirements, incidents, near misses, hazards identified, employee concerns and job progress.
Liaise with NRW Management concerning the progress of contract works
To be successful for this role you will have –

Australian recognised Trade Certificate
Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or a similar role in a FIFO position within the Civil or Mining sectors
Familiarity of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Valid Australian Drivers Licence
