Construction Supervisors – Civil
Regional WA
We currently require Construction Supervisors – Civil to join a team working on a new large iron ore project.
This will initially be a site based role, doing 2:1 to the Pilbara / Northern WA.
Duties include:
Managing site works to ensure that all work is delivered on time
Monitoring of ongoing bulk earthworks and civil construction
Focusing on site level management including assessing hazards, determining risks, conducting regular inspections and maintaining a safety program.
Experience required:
Bulk Earthworks Supervision of road construction, building pads, trenching, drainage and general earthworks
10 years minimum experience in a similar position within the mining infrastructure sector
Demonstrated understanding of implementing HSE procedures and promoting a safety culture onsite, including review of Contractor’s documentation (i.e. CRAWs, JHAs, Work Method Statements etc).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to go above-and-beyond, in a very fast paced environment, and unique culture
Able to pass a medical, drug and alcohol screening, and obtain a police clearance.
