Specific requirements for this job should be:
- Preferable Bachelor Degree
- Previous Experience handling inventory / products (Storeman)
- Attentive to Details
- Capable of doing simple Math accurately
- Intermediate use of Excel & Word
- Speak and Write Arabic & English (Handle local authorities)
- Organized
- Responsible
- Capable of following procedures
- ESO in Qatar do the paperwork for the Explosive Licenses (International and Local)
- Has to go to the MOI to deliver the paperwork and retrieve the approved license (Several Times per week)
- Should be able to drive
- ESO goes to the Police explosive Bunker to load the explosives in the SLB Bunker (Several Times a Week)
- Has to be flexible with the working hours, sometimes can be as early as 6:00am
- ESO offloads the bunkers to the Police Bunker when backloaded from the platforms
- ESO maintains the records of the on hand stock of Explosives
- ESO consolidates the consumption records and follows the approval process until consumption by the Store.
- ESO performs monthly counts
