OFFSHORE PRODUCTION TECHNICIANS

 

The Role:
As an Offshore Operations Technician you will be part of a team responsible for the safe, steady and reliable production from a large offshore asset with a strong focus on Personal and Process Safety Management. Long term contracts with flexible roster arrangements, ASAP positions available. Camp accommodation provided for FIFO roles. This will also put you in line for exciting opportunities on an upcoming greenfield offshore project planned by our client towards the end of your contract date.

Typical Tasks Include:

Responsible for operating and monitoring process systems and equipment associated with oil and gas processing, utilities and safety systems.
Responsible for undertaking maintenance activities in both planning and execution. Also recording and reporting in maintenance systems e.g. SAP PM.
Compliance to all legislative and regulatory requirements as defined in asset Safety Case’s, HSEQ Standards including PSM and the GSRs
Responsible for responding to and controlling emergency situations.
Responsible for planned shutdowns – participate in shutdown planning, execution and reporting.
Responsible for providing operations support to asset and project activities as required, including office rotations

Cert III Process Plant Operations
TBOSIET/BOSIET+ MSIC
Offshore Platform Experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Karratha Based a Huge Bonus
Perth Based a Bonus
Cert IV Process Plant a Bonus
