As an Offshore Process Operator you are an essential part of the Offshore team responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the offshore production installations
Activities as an Offshore Process Operator include:
- Operate and monitor production equipment and systems according to company regulations
- Respond to operational challenges and disruptions to ensure continuity of the production process
- Perform routine checks, maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Attend toolbox meetings and safety training
- Reporting production data and incidents, among other things
- Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and procedures

What do we expect from you?
- At least an MBO diploma in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
- Relevant experience as an Operator in the petrochemical sector
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to work on offshore platforms in rotation schedules, 2 weeks a week
- (Some) Knowledge of MS Office, ERP and DCS systems
- Willingness to participate in various offshore-related safety training courses
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
- Safe-conscious working attitude and an eye for detail in the work

What do we offer?
What can you expect from us:
- Salary indication does not include offshore allowances . A basic salary is from € 3500 to € 4900 gross p/m depending on experience. Contact us for a full salary estimate!
- Fixed work schedule of 2/2 or 2/3 weeks on and off. The choice is yours!

- Additional offshore training is included
- Additional training for process technology specialists is possible
- Traveling by helicopter (or by boat in the summer period) to your working environment
