Logistic Coordinator at AV Industry.
Location: DIP1
Timings: 9am-6pm
Off: Sat and Sunday.
Experience: 2-3 years related to logistic coordination
Salary: AED 4,000- AED 5,0000
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Preparation and execution of shipping documentation for air, land, and sea freight.
- Handling multiple shipments from the Rest of the World (ROW) to GCC countries.
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs clearing agents, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth shipment operations.
- Preparing delivery notes and coordinating with customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
- Coordination with accounts for invoicing.
- Monitoring and following up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively identifying, handling, and resolving shipment-related issues and operational challenges.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Taking ownership and full responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring that all duties are completed efficiently and on time.
