We have an open vacancy for Electrical supervisor (commissioning) onboard Offshore Support Vessel operating in Senegal with one of our clients.

Mission
▪ Ensure safe maintenance execution of Electrical HVAC equipment, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international std.
▪ Set and promote Leadership in Safety attitudes
▪ Coordinate, supervise department activities and provide Technical support to team members
▪ Instruct and lead technicians with regards to acceptable attitudes and behaviors


Role & Responsibilities

Maintenance Execution
▪ Ensure that services are carried out in strict compliance with Company and Client current HSE rules
▪ Execute Maintenance Preventive and Correctives operations (routine and short-term)
▪ Coordinate Contract or personnel for the smooth execution of the services
▪ Report and/or advise Discipline Supervisor on Daily bases

Maintenance planning
▪ Implement and request the logistical means necessary for smooth maintenance operations, taki ng the various constraints into account when planning and carrying out operations
▪ Take part in different daily, weekly and site coordination meetings when required by supervisor
▪ Ensure the preparation of Maintenance reports for submission to the relevant discipline supervisor
▪ Ensure the movement of spare parts according to the requirements of Maintenance operations
▪ Supervise stock of relevant raw materials, PDR, consumables and tools
▪ Inform the discipline supervisor by appropriate reporting, on the progress of maintenance operations and, if necessary, of difficulties encountered
▪ Follow-up the maintenance activity through a Work Order system and approve the maintenance Work Order reports through the use of the most common CMMS (SAP-UNISUP-MAXIMO-DATASTREAM, etc.)

Technical Support/Methods
▪ Use the appropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures used by his crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements
▪ Keep an up-to-date list of work that cannot be performed except during inspections of machines or shutdowns
▪ Maintain a permanent anticipation on the potential problems that could occur in the production plant, with close relationship with other sections, in order to prevent non-productive or non-efficient operations

HSE
▪ Demonstrate commitment to safety through language, behaviour and actions
▪ Ensure the correct behaviour of his teams in accordance with the general safety regulations of the subsidiary and, if needed, take the necessary corrective measures ▪
