by This hotel is in urgent need of repair, cleaning and overhaul. The staff needs training in basic services like welcoming guests. The pool was closed, and we were not advised about it. The biggest problem however is Very simple and basic hotel – probably in need of a good refurbishment, but satisfactory and good for a short stay in Marrakechays after our first stay. We canceled all our Accor bookings in Morocco
