by This hotel is in urgent need of repair, cleaning and overhaul. The staff needs training in basic services like welcoming guests. The pool was closed, and we were not advised about it. however, is Very simple and basic hotel – probably in need of a good refurbishment, but satisfactory and good for a short stay in Marrakech after our first stay. Park Hyatt canceled all our Marrakech bookings in Morocco
